Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy

We are happy to assist you in any way we can.

Cancellations:

The cancellation will only be initiated if we receive a request on email from you within one hour of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched.
*Note: Pre-paid orders are not eligible for a refund on cancellation. In case you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, you can write to us at getintouch@thetwotwigs.com or whatsapp at 9363609339. And we would replace it with your desired products of same price.

Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

In the off chance that you have received a product that is different than what you had ordered, you need to notify us by email with the same within 24 hours. So that we can process your application for returns. 

  • Kindly note that the product should be in Resellable Condition.Protective film should be intact and not peeled off. 
  • Unboxing video is must for any type of claim.

There are certain situations we will not be able to exchange your product (if applicable):

  • If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts not due to our error.
  • If the replacement is initiated more than 24 hours after delivery.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

(There is no exchange available on sale/discounted items.)

    Refunds (If Applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable for a refund and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 15 days. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

    Late or missing refunds (If Applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

    Then contact your Bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale/ Discounted items (If Applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items on sale/ discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.
